I beg your pardon! I’m retired and I’ve decided to pursue a hobby.
What sort of hobby?
I’ve developed an interest in volunteer work, to look for lost lambs.
That happens to be my job!
There’s nothing I’d rather do.
Okay then. Just don’t get in my way.

That happens to be –  それはたまたま〜なんです。(ここでは皮肉をこめて)

Yes, you can that way, when she was 15 years old, but you can also shorten it a bit , at 15 years old.
Actually, there is an even shorter version, at 15.

Well, there are two ways we can say this, we can either say, “the craft” and we can also say “the art of something” So, here the art of woodblock printing.

My daughter developed an interest in woodblock printing at 15 (when she was 15 years old), and now she’s professionally pursuing the craft.
