This is how you do it. Mix one part dish soap and three parts water.

Yeah, well, this is actually, right from the dialog, and in English we would say, This is how you do it.

「玄米1に対して水1.5」
Well, usually, say one part brown rice and one and a half parts water
one point five
“One point five” sounds a little technical, so it’s not really conversational, we say one and a half is better.

「を炊飯器に入れます」
Well, Ken, there are two verbs you can use here.
Oh, yeah.
You can use either pour, or put. So I would say, pour naminami into the rice cooker or put naminami into the rice cooker. Either is fine.
Rice cooker.

「ボタンを押す」
Pretty easy. Press the button.

This is how you do it. Pour (put) one part brown rice and one and a half parts water into the rice cooker. Then you press the button.
