-Tell us more. Sure, listen up.
Did you take any courses for career planning when you were junior high school students?
I don’t think we had courses for career planning at my school. However all students take many different classes to decide what they want to do.
Yeah, there were no classes for a specific career. Students have to take math, science and English. We also took art, music and foreign language classes.
I remembered taking woodshop, agriculture and home economics.
Oh, those are very fun classes. In wood shop, students build things like bird houses or shelves.
In agriculture students learn about farming.
Taking these subjects, how does figure out what we are interested in?

woodshop 木工, home economics 家庭科

Teachers also help us to think about our future.
My teachers are amazing, especially my music teachers. They love doing their job.
When you love your job, it’s good for everyone.
Very true. So I decided to study opera performance.
My favorite teachers are my music teacher and my science teachers. My science teachers actually created a special group called outdoor education. We took hikes through forests, walked through rivers. And so interesting wild animals and plants. They are the reasons I started science in university. I even use science in my jobs after graduation. Thank you, Mr.
