Apple cider is the taste of fall. I visited a cider mill. The farmer makes it by hand. First, he washes the apples and grinds them. Then he squeezes out the juice. That’s it! It was sweet, thick, and delicious. The farmer said, “Every farmer’s apple cider tastes a little different because we use different kinds of apples. We keep some apple cider in the freezer until winter. Hot apple cider with cinnamon tastes good during the holiday season.
