What New Year’s tradition do you enjoy the most?
I like making a New Year’s osechi. I usually make six or seven kinds of osechi.
What do you do with them?
We enjoy them with all the family. I especially like to make Kikuka-kabu or Chrysanthemum turnips?
Are they edible Chrysanthemums?
Not really. Kikuka-kabu is a turnip cut ?? look like Chrysanthemum flower. Here, take one.
Thanks.
How do you like it?
