ビジネス相手にその会議に出席できるかを尋ねています。

テルマは会議の日程調整をしていて、 ビジネス相手の都合を確認します。
相手に感じよく都合を尋ねたいときは Will you be able to…?
と be able to を使うのがオススメです。 未来の可能性を聞く表現になり、「(状況的に)出席が可能でしょうか?」 というようなキモチが出て、
Can you …? よりも間接的な響きとなり、相手に感じよく響くのです。

今月は請求書(bill) の支払いができそうか、 Will you be able to…?で感じよく聞いています。
