Grace names an author admired by the founders of A&A, and says his credo was that kindness was the most important element of life. Salmans points out the kindness and courtesy require little time or effort, but can be highly significant to both a giver and a recipient. Ueda describes being moved by the sincere condolences offered to a bereaved A&A employee.

Ueda means “Just magically produce the situation or a result we want.” “Snap one’s finger” is another variation I’ve ever heard. Things like, “We can just wave a magic wand and make people buy the product. Or we can just snack our fingers and get a better job.

Salmans says, “What a great quote, truly words to live by.”
