If something is big-name, it’s very famous or widely admired. Ueda uses it as an adjective so there’s a hyphen between the two words. If it’s a noun, no hyphen. As in, she is a big name in a legal profession. Or, Company Z is a big name in home appliances.

Or, e-retailer as we’ve been hearing lately.
pack and ship items 商品をこん包して発送する
Here “ship” is a verb meaning “deliver.” So, like, the package was shipped two days ago. We also hear, of course, about shipping charges. Many online retailers will offer no shipping charges, you know, free shipping.
