Grace says a truly balanced life should always include friends. But Lyons argues that friendship is overrated. He says his attitude stems from a disastrous business partnership formed a few years ago by some of his friends. According to Lyons, his friends disagreed on the best growth strategy for their company and ended up vowing never to speak to each other ever again.
Steve Lyons says, “Sorry to rain on your parade, folks, but I think the whole idea of friendship is overrated. I have a fairly cynical take on it.”
