Collins says book clubs help employees learn new concepts and methods, and Grace adds that reading the same book the same time makes it easier for employees to adopt and apply those concepts in the workplace. Salmans surmises that such clubs also promote leadership and public speaking skills, and Ueda asks when the A&A club will meet.

1). 読書会は何を育むこともできると、サルマンズは言っていますか。
Salmans says, “I can see how a book club could also nurture leadership and public speaking skills in the workforce.”
2). 読書会はいつ開かれる予定ですか。
Collins says, “We plan to start with lunchtime sessions. The lunch hour is a natural break in the day. ”

The harm or sacrifice is small compared to the benefits you get. And we can use this about an actual monetary cost or a metaphorical cost. I always get travel insurance, for example. I pay for travel insurance. It’s a small price to pay for not having to worry about big medical costs. Or, imagine your new apartment is a long walk from the station. But you say, “Ah, it’s a small price to pay for the big floor space.”
