Salmans says, “Desks used to be packed together cheek by jowl in open floor plans. Now they’re spread apart, with some protected by plastic shields or sneeze guards.”
Ueda says, “I see that some companies have even returned to the cubicles that many office workers never liked very much.”
Salmans says, “It’s next to impossible to maintain an appropriate distance from other people in such a small space. One obvious precaution is that everyone who’s in an elevator should wear a face mask.”
-Summary
Pearson says Ueda will be going back to Japan and that he’s become a valued friends to the A&A staff. He expresses regret that they won’t be working together anymore and says Ueda has a permanent place in their hearts. Grace describes some of the experiences that Ueda had at A&A and says she’ll be sad not to see him every day. Ueda thanks everyone and says he’ll never forget working with such a great group of people.
