誕生日を祝うフレーズ

Make a wish!
「誕生日の願いごとをして」という意味になります。

誕生日ケーキのロウソクの火を消すときに、”Make a wish!”と周りの人がいってお祝いするのが一般的です。
(When the candles on the birthday cake are extinguished, it is common for people around them to congratulate them by saying,)
”Make a wish!”は「お願い事をして」という意味です。

海外の誕生日パーティーではケーキのろうそくの火を消す前、まわりのみんなが主役に向かって「Make a Wish 」という言葉を投げかけます。
(At overseas birthday parties, before extinguishing the candles on the cake, everyone around them throws the words “Make a Wish” at the main character.)
「誕生日の願いごとは？」といった意味合いです。
(It means something like “What is your birthday wish?”)
