I’m from Iceland, but now, I live in Tokyo with my wife and my cat. My favorite food is Italian food, but I
also like Japanese food. I even like natto.

What is your favorite food in Iceland?
I like the Icelandic salmon. It’s a great fish, and I actually go fishing for salmon every summer.

Stefan, may I ask you? What do you think is special about your country?
I think the Icelandic nature is very special. We have glaciers, volcanoes, black sand beaches. I really like nature in Iceland. Actually, my hobbies are hiking, camping, and fishing.
