Continuing even when it’s difficult, to persevere. Continuing even if people are opposed or negative. “Persistence” means that you keep on trying. “Persistence” is a noun. The verb form is “persist.” And the adjective form is “persistent.”
walk one’s talk 有言実行する、約束を守る
To walk one’s talk is to do exactly what you’ve said. In the interview, Melati said, “We have to walk our talk.” This means they had to show action to support what they said and show meaningfulness.
take – seriously 真剣に〜を受け止める
Seriousness, motivation, a great idea. An inspiration inspires or encourages someone to do something good while feeling good in the process. For example, her paintings take inspiration from the original Dutch masters.
