A difficult task, a chance to overcome, an obstacle, hardship.
rewarding やりがいのある
If something is rewarding, it has great value or gives satisfaction. Gratifying. Something that makes you feel glad you did it. For example, this job was hard but seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces was very rewarding. It was all worth it.
viewpoint 見解、観点
Perspective, a way of looking at something. Viewpoint and perspective differ only slightly in that a viewpoint is how you see things from where you stand or how you interpret things Perspective tends to be more general but both can be used interchangeably.
