-Harry & Arisa’s chit-chat time
So, Arisa, this week there was a bit of confusion. The use of Japanese word, right. You’re trying to say “ハードルが高い”
Ah!
Challenging, instead you said, “ハンドルが高い”, you know.
So…
I do remember.
Yeah, kind of, doesn’t mean anything.
Yeah.
Have you ever had those types of confusion, Japanese words.
I did have one mistake recently.
Yeah.
I tried to say, “親も親なら子も子だよ”
I see, like, looking at parents and their kids, you know. If the parents are like that. Obviously their kids are , kind of, like that too, right?
Right. Okay.
However, instead I said, “親分子分だよ”
Ha, ha, ha.
It’s totally different meaning.
Oyabun means ?
At the time I heard it before, but I didn’t really know what it meant.
Okay.
I do know now. And I know what’s correct…
Okay.
Japanese is hard.
Yeah, it is. Step by step, just like English.
