I am living in Bangalore since 2003.
We use since to talk about when an activity or situation began. 
For example
I've worked at the BBC since 2024. 
I've been working at the BBC since 2024.
Did you notice that I used the present perfect for both of these sentences?
That's because although the action started in 2024, the situation is still true now.
We can use the present perfect simple, which is subject plus have plus past participle.
For example, I've played the guitar since I was a teenager.
Or the present perfect continuous, which is subject plus have plus been plus the ing form of the verb.
For example. 
You have been learning English since 2015.
If the speaker is still living in Bangalore now, they should use the present perfect.
Either the present perfect simple or continuous.
So let's fix that sentence.
I have lived in Bangalore since 2003.
Or, I have been living in Bangalore since 2003.
