I think it depends on how you want to encourage someone. If you want to motivate them, you could say, “Eyes on the prize.” For showing appreciation, “I appreciate all the effort you put into this.” To help keep them focused, “Steady wins the race.” For a boost of confidence, I might say, “I knew you were the right person for this. We’re really lucky to have you on the team.” Or “You got this.”
