Have you ever read ‘War and Peace”?
I don’t blame you.
It’s pretty boring.
You may have noticed the links between words, war and peace.
So here we have, what’s called a linking R,
and it most commonly appears
when we have an R in the sprlling at the end of the word.
but the R is silent like war. or lighgter, or hair

Linking r appears when r is silent in the word at the end
like in
lighter
hair [US] her | hær | [UK] hɛə
war

any of those where you see an R in the spelling.
but it’s not said.
However, if the next word following that begins with a vowel sound
What happens is that the R is said in the middle.
It’s not a whole R.
it’s like a half and R.
