a match or two 1つか2つの試合
a ~ or two よく使うフレーズですよ。
a match or two は、文字どおり、「1つか2つの試合」 という意味もあれば、 「いくつかの試合」という意味でも使います。
The train will come in a minute or two.
「1、2分、つまりほんの数分で電車が来るよ」
少ないけれど、 1よりは少し量があるイメージですね。 (It’s not much, but it gives the impression that it’s a little more than 1.)
I have an idea or two. 「いくつかアイデアがあるよ」
