23/12/26 Rachel English – Dropping the T in Christmas 🎅

The word Christmas is spelled with a T.
but we drop that T
in American English pronunciation.
It’s very common to drop the T
betwen two other consonants.
and that’s exactly why we do it here.
instead of Christmas,
we say Christmas.
Christmas.
Absolutely no T sound.
Merry Christmas.
