This is a really interesting motorcycle.
I don’t hear ‘this is’
I hear – S-is,
S-is a,
S-is a really interesting motorcycle.
So every once in a while,
with words like “that”,
when that’s reduced,
we’ll drop the TH.
And I’m not really hearing a TH.
it almost sounds like an S.
I’m not saying you need to do this as a reduction.
but that’s sort of what I’m hearing – S-is a,
s-is, s-is a really.
This is a really.
This is a really.
This is a really interesting motorcycle.
This is a really interesting motorcycle.
So the clarity in these three words is so different from our stressed syllables:
だから、この3つの単語の明瞭さは、私たちの強調音節とはまったく違う:
This is a really interesting motorcycle.
So all of those words have first syllable stress.
つまり、これらの単語はすべて第1音節にストレスがある。
Really.
interesting
motorcycle
This is a really interesting motorcycle.
This is a really interesting motorcycle.
