This makes me X. は、 I feel X because of this situation. と同じ意味で、 Xにはそのときの感情が入ります。いい感情のときにも使えます。

It’s the opposite of “agree.” When you agree with your friend, it means that you and your friend think the same way about something.
And when you disagree with your friend, it means that you and your friend think differently about something.
You don’t agree.
Right. “To disagree” means “not to agree.”
