(The main character, Lisa, applied for a mid-career private interview with a world-renowned, well-established wine trading company in the UK. She then had an online interview with the London headquarters. Daniel, the CCO of the head office who was in charge of the interview, asked Lisa about her motivation for applying to the head office and solutions to her challenges, and she was able to express her opinions well. Jenny, how do you feel about the lessons you have learned so far?)

I am sure WCS understands Lisa’s unique insight and realize that they need her help for the solutions he proposed. It’s clear that she thought about what she and the company could gain from each other in advance.
