WCS 東京支社では、ロンドン本社のダニエルとエミリーの来日の準備が続いています。 理沙は、上司であるロンに報告メールを書いています。 (このメールは、 今週のビジネスシーンの前にやりとりされたものです。)
(At the WCS Tokyo office, preparations are continuing for Daniel and Emily from the London headquarters to come to Japan. Risa writes her debriefing email to her boss, Ron. (This email was exchanged before this week’s business scene.))

① ほとんどのレストランが、オーガニック・自然派ワインを仕入れている。常連客は健康志向が強く、 SDGs への意識が高いようだ。
② これらのワインの多くは 「ニューワールド」のもの。 WCS が強いはずのボルドーやブルゴーニュのワインもある。 (ワインの世界では、ヨーロッパをオールドワールド、 それ以外をニューワールドと言う。)
③ インタビュー記録は共有フォルダーに保存したので、時間のあるときに見てほしい。

① Most restaurants stock organic and natural wines. Regular customers are very health conscious and seem to have a high awareness of the SDGs.
② Many of these wines are from the “New World”. There are also Bordeaux and Burgundy wines that should have strong WCS.
(In the world of wine, Europe is called the Old World, and the rest of the world is called the New World.)
③ I saved the interview record in a shared folder, so please look at it when you have time.
