-Step1 Today’s Email
ロンドン本社のダニエルから、ヨーロッパで売るための日本ワインのリスト作成を頼まれた理沙は、上司のロンとの協議を経て、 ダニエルに返信を書こうとしています。(Risa has been asked by Daniel at the London headquarters to create a list of Japanese wines to sell in Europe.)
メールに盛り込む内容(What to include in your email)
1). ワインとワイナリーのリストを添付する。
(Attach a list of wines and wineries.)
2). 甲州種は香りや酸味が控えめで、繊細な和食によく合う。
大量注文については、 北海道の酸味のあるさわやかな白ワインがある。
長野県や山形県も手ごろなワインを生産している。
(The Koshu variety has a mild aroma and sourness, and goes well with delicate Japanese dishes.
For larger orders, there is Hokkaido’s sour and refreshing white wine.
Nagano and Yamagata prefectures also produce affordable wines.)
3). 詳しくはリストを見てほしい。 よく知っているワイナリーは黄色で表示した。

1). I’m attaching a list of wines/wineries that Ron and I put together.
季節のあいさつはなく、 すぐ用件に入っている。 「~を添付する」 は I’m attaching~ と表現できる。 Please find attached ~ という定番の言い方でも問題はない。
