In official language or official languages of a country are the languages that are officially accepted used in supported by a country’s government. Miss Kakashi mentioned that Sri Lanka has three official languages, they include Sinhala and Tammo with English
as a recognized language. Sometimes the official languages of a country may be surprising. Canada’s official language are both English and French. The United States does not actually have an official language. New Zealand has three English Maori and New Zealand sign language. Bolivia holds the record as the country with the most official languages. Although Spanish is the primary language. The country recognizes 37 official languages in total.

vital 極めて重要な

Crucial, necessary for something, essential. Ms. Kakuchi said that listening is vital for language learning. Meaning that listening is extremely important if you want to learn a language.
