If you wanna sound more formal,
you can say:

I will be of assistance to you tomorrow.

If you use English for academic purposes,
you can say:
Certainly
so! Tomorrow, I shall be of assistance.

To sound more simple
you can just say:
Of course.
Tomorrow, I’ll help you!
