親しみを込めた言い方 big sister, little sister
elderもありますが、とても formal な言い方。たまにしか使わない。
older, younger がおすすめ

older, younger を入れなくても大丈夫。

Do you have any siblings? 通じますが、sibling 書き言葉

兄弟がいない。
