1. Don’t learn words on their own.
So don’t just learn the word, mind, lean the phrase, change your mind.
I thought you were goint out.
No, I’ve changed my midn!

2. Learn opposites and synonyms
When you learn a new word. Learn its opposites and synonyms too.
This curry is so hot, it’s reallly spicy, definitely not mild.

3. Add prefixes and suffixes
A good way to grow your vocabulary is by adding prefixes and suffixes. 接頭辞、接尾辞
friend
friendly, friendless, friendship, unfriendly、eco-friendly

4. Learn a formal and informal equivalents. 同義語
Would you like a cup of tea?
Fancy a cuppa?
好き? a cup of tea

5. Learn extreme adjectives. 極端な形容詞を学ぶ
Learn extreme version adjectives. to avoid using very. 避けて、very
very hungry = ravenous [rǽvənəs]
very small = minuscule [mínəskjùːl]

I’m ravenous!
I had a minuscule piece of cake!
